Joe's Plumbing and Heating

On April 6, 2016 the Osoyoos RCMP responded to a break and enter and theft at Joe’s Plumbing and Heating in Osoyoos.


Surveillance videos taken from the business show the suspect enter via breaking the glass in the front door at approximately 11:35pm on April 5, 2016. Video surveillance also captured the suspect arriving in a vehicle similar to a late model Hyundai Sonata. The suspect, a Caucasian male, appearing to be in his mid-thirties spent over an hour in the business causing significant damage by cutting several phone lines and computer cables. Two photos are attached showing the suspect as well as the suspect vehicle.
